Terms & Conditions

These are the standard Booking Conditions of Surbiton Coaches Limited.

  1. Contract: By contracting with Surbiton Coaches Limited you will be accepting these booking conditions on behalf of yourself and all other persons using our services.
  2. Payment: Full payment is required at time of booking. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Diners Club.
  3. Departures: It is your responsibility to leave ample time for your Shuttle to the nominated destination. The time stated on your e-ticket is the time of departure - ensure that you are at your stated departure point at least ten minutes prior. We do not wait and leave at the scheduled departure time.
  4. Refunds/Cancellations Policy: Unfortunately no refunds are allowable. Should you decide to change your itinerary, please contact us and should there be space on an alternative date/time, we will endeavour to change your booking but this is not guaranteed.
  5. Variation of Website/Brochure: We reserve the right, before you book, to vary the services described in our Website/brochures, including prices, departure dates and times.
  6. Force Majeure: Where we cancel the Shuttle because of unusual or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we will refund all money already paid by you but you will not be entitled to any compensation for the loss of the service. Where the Shuttle is interrupted to a  significant extent by circumstances beyond our control we will refund what is deemed appropriate.
  7. Behaviour: You will be responsible for the conduct of yourself and all members of your party and you will indemnify us against any liability for damage caused by you or any members of your party. We reserve the right to terminate the Shuttle in the event of behaviour deemed to be unreasonable by our staff.
  8. Complaints: In the unlikely event of a complaint during your Shuttle, contact the driver and our staff will do their best to rectify your problem. If we cannot resolve your complaint at the time, you should make a written record of your complaint and hand it to your driver or send it to us at Surbiton Coaches Limited, 33A Claremont Road, Surbiton KT6 4RL within 21 days of using the Shuttle. We will not be able to deal with any complaints unless we are told in that way and by that time.
  9. Food & Drink: We are happy to allow our passengers to eat cold food and non-fizzy drinks during their journey, providing they take all rubbish with them on exiting the bus. We are unable to accommodate any luggage except small personal bags but there is space for foldable pushchairs (strollers)
  10. Third Party Websites: Surbiton Coaches Limited is not responsible for the content of any third party websites included within our external hyperlinks, or any source of external dynamic content featured herein. Surbiton Coaches Limited does not accept responsibility, or liability, for the consequential actions of a user choosing to access any such third party website featured..
